Bad Film Festival
My
Birthday Bad Film Festival is now in its 10th year.
Films for the 2002 celebration were:
- The
Blob (vintage cold war, badly acted, teen scream fest)
- Carnival
of Souls (WTF??? just weird and of course the plot
made NO sense)
- Incubus
(William Shatner in the only film ever made in Esperanto.
An astounding nadir.)
- Flesh
for Frankenstein (a Warhol production that seemed
to be aiming for dark humor
but it was just too dumb to make the trip. Contains
the absolute worst line of the weekend:
"If you want to know death, you have to f**k life
... in the gall bladder!"
